I recently have signed a lease on a two bedroom two bath in the Colonial Grand community in old town. The apartment is fully upgraded with new flooring, cabinets and fixtures. Washer and dryer inside the unit. The complex has a full gym and resort style pool. I am looking for a young female professional. Looking for someone who is clean and respectable. The apartment is furnished except for a couch and your bedroom. I love wine nights, Netflix and generally having a good time! This is a drug free apartment. The lease starts September 5th but move in date can be flexible. The rent will be about $650 per person plus utilities. Pets are allowed in the complex for extra fees.
