Roommate/Room: Would love to find someone with a stable job and around the same hours of work that I have (9-5) or a grad student, with clear ability to pay on time. While my place is furnished, your individual room comes unfurnished (the pics show my last roommate's furniture). Your room is freshly painted and I just put in new flooring. The bathroom is also freshly painted. This is a two bed, two bath condo. 1 of each for me, 1 of each for you. Hope you like it! ----------------------------------------- Location/Surrounding Area: .5 miles to Scottsdale Fashion Square, the largest mall in Arizona and known for high-end luxury shops. .5 miles to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, which is probably why all of the restaurants around here have such amazing food. Every Thursday night there is an ArtWalk in the Arts District, 1.5 miles away. Every Saturday morning Old Town hosts a farmer's market. This condominium complex borders the Entertainment District of Scottsdale. 1.3 miles to the Scottsdale Stadium, which is home field for the San Francisco Giants during Spring Training. .5 miles to Fry's Food. And lastly, this downtown area has more than 80 different restaurants, lounges, bars, and clubs. Pretty ideal location!
