Hey! I’m looking for a female and/or glbt roommate for my 3 rd bedroom in a first floor duplex. 1 block from lake Harriet. Half block from 5 restaurants and a coffee shop. I have an esa puppy and a child in elementary school. Street parking. Rent includes internet trash water sewer laundry on . I’m a working professional and bring my dog with me to work several days a week. I wfh on Thursdays. I have my child % of the time: Monday/wednesday/Friday nights and every other Saturday. Looking for someone laid back. Preferably non drinker/smoker. I don’t use anything! We are early to bed and early to wake, but nothing crazy
