No ash trays. No private entrance. No fence around the large yard. No provision for pets. No stated rent. ——That item is open to negotiation and will depend on your income. Don’t worry too much about $$$’s I prefer to give rather than take. If you have the qualifications and are actively seeking employment after moving here you might be in luck. OR.
