My current roommates are washu & slu students and are very considerate. Private landlady is responsive and lives close by. Coin Laundry is in the basement. Tenants split electric, gas, spectrum wifi, toilet paper, paper towels, and other household cleaning. Utilities fluctuate from $ a month, depending on weather.
