Laundry is in the basement so one flight down and free. Parking is free, we have an alley that leads to the back of the house- along with fire pit and raised garden bed that I built with my brother. Utilities are not included in rent, it varies depending on the season but it’s cheap to split in half! Location is really nice, great neighbors, great landlord-i’ve been living in the duplex for 6 years. Walking distance to restaurants, bus stops,community park..etc I’m looking for someone who is tidy, that’s very important. Hopefully more introverted like myself because i like to keep to myself. Don’t really like having people over- i’d rather go out if i am feeling social. Some things about me: and Lesbian who is partnered.
