I have a unique scenario and I’m hoping to find someone who would benefit from this arrangement as a way to alleviate some living expenses vs having to have a full time roommate. I am a young-ish professional that works a hybrid schedule and owns my own home in the Greater Cincinnati area. My partner lives in the Lexington area. I am looking for a room to rent for a just a couple months (possibly longer if the arrangement works well) to alleviate some back and forth drive time during my more available weeks. I would only be there every other week and not even everyday of those weeks. I work in office two days a week so I would likely stay at my home on those nights. With those factors considered I would prefer to find a place around $ (with a little bit of wiggle room). I am clean, respectful, easy to get along with, LGBTQ friendly, would prefer a non smoking home (but am friendly). I’m pretty down to earth. I enjoy reading, thrifting, house plants, the outdoors (hiking, camping, fishing, all the things), live music and more.
