I am the home owner but I reside in Seattle for work purposes. I currently have 2 tenants living in my home. They share a bathroom. You are renting the newly renovated Master Suite, complete with sitting/TV/work space, refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar. Private bath with jacuzzi bathtub. Huge walk in closet as well. My home is landscaped and has a nice porch area with beautiful flowers. It’s located in a very quiet residential neighborhood in Lynnwood. You would have access to all common areas as well as a full kitchen a big front load washer dryer. Street parking. CLEAN home!
