Roommate Needed June 15

Description

We have a 5 bedroom house with one room available Dec 15. We are all friends, so we are looking for a roommate that we would feel comfortable hanging out with us. The house includes, pool, jacuzzi, washer, dryer, hangout garage, wireless internet with signal bouncer for outside, (50/25), two bathrooms, street parking and driveway, flatscreen TV in living room, and the best roommates ever. If you wondering yes you can have guest over and we share everything in the house.

Deposit is 500 utilities is about 100 each but we split it. Utilities also include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, ect, and a maid that comes once a month. No pets
