The rent is $400. Available December 1st 2015. We have a 2nd room coming available February 1st 2016. This one is unfurnished with a walk in closet
Must be smoke free. No drugs. No pets. No criminals. No drama. Must be OK with cats and kids.

We are on a major bus/ train line. Literally a 2 minute walk from front door to an RTA stop. Close to major colleges, 3 groceries stores within 5 minute drive. 3 malls less than 10 minutes away.
