I am looking to share my Unit with someone where you will have your own fully furnished bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy a walk-to lifestyle from the heart of Marvel Stadium Precinct. Other attractions include easy access to the CBD, leading Universities, trams on your door step plus the Skybus to Melbourne Airport. The complex also features a pool and gym with recently upgraded equipment. Your room will have a gratifying city view. There is a parking spot available for an additional $ a week. There’s a two week bond. No smokers or couples.

About myself:

Currently WFH during the day. I’m more on the introverted side but I still like a chat every now and then plus I know how to hold a conversation. I like to keep fit and go to the gym during my spare time as I currently play local footy. You don’t have to be a clean freak but I would like to live with someone who keeps the place neat and tidy.
