Amenities: Copious amounts of guest spots, rooftop hot tub, gym, sauna, racket ball court, and storage.

Located 5 minutes from the and in walking distance of parks, metro lines, grocery, restaurants, and nightlife.

About me: M, works in talent management, plays tennis, hobbyist baker (apartment will always smell like baked goods).

I love to host, so would also be great if you are the type that likes to host people frequently.

Looking for someone CLEAN/TIDY. Can't do cats (deathly allergic), but other pets are fine. month lease is the minimum.

This genuinely is a great place that I lived at for nearly three years.
