Room for rent utilities included

Hello, my boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to rent out a bedroom in our house near UCF. The total rent would be $ with all utilities included. The bathroom is not directly connected to the bedroom but would be yours. There is also access to a guest room/ bonus space when needed and can be shared as well. There is a 2 car garage and fenced in yard and covered patio with a grill and fire pit
