FM w/lab need fenced yard

Description

My dog is my world and really looking to meet his needs lol. My dog is a really sweet lb black lab named Alfred. He needs a fenced yard with a dog door. I would be willing to pay for a dog door. They have ones that are spring loaded and pop in and out if sliding glass doors easily and no damage. If it's a regular door, i can take its dimensions and go buy a door and install the dog door to this door and store your door so that I am not cutting into your door.
I prefer a house with a couple or another female that has a dog.
I am and have no children. I do partake in MJ but can do it outside. I don't smoke cigarettes.
I work Mon-Friday.
I take Krav Maga classes and go to the gym. I am quiet and no drama. I like to be outdoors but will go out for an occasional drink. I am extremely clean and will always pick up after myself and never leave dishes out. I just got out of a 5 year relationship and am trying to focus on myself and my dog. My occupation is customer service and logistics for a company up north.
