Private bedroom for rentt

Hey everybody! I have two rooms available for rent at the beginning of March in Riverton (obviously rented separately lol). It’s a 6 month lease, close to Bangerter highway. $ for a room includes all utilities.

minute drive to downtown SLC, minutes from Saratoga spring, and minutes from the Draper station. I do have an indoor pet cat, unfortunately no other pets are allowed.

It’s a shared bathroom/living area. Primarily looking for other female roommates but willing to consider male roommates as well.
