A room available in a 2bd/2ba

My name is Hanna, and I'm looking for a future roommate. My boyfriend and I currently live in a 2b/2ba apartment in Ashburn VA. We also currently have a roommate, but he wont be renewing the lease with us. Our lease ends on February 27th, so that will be the move in date. Since its a 2b/2ba, you will have your own bathroom. The bathroom has a garden tub (perfect for bubble baths), and a walk in closet. Your closet is actually bigger than ours, but the bathroom is shared (for guests). Other than that, we will never use your bathroom. ​




​A little bit about me: I'm a 21 year old college student at GMU. I have a friendly and bubbly personality. My boyfriend is 23 years old, and works at INOVA. He's reserved, but quite funny.


Also, I hope its okay with you that we are smokers. No worries, we smoke outside in the balcony and never inside the apartment. Let me know if this works for you. Then maybe, we can all meet up for coffee and figure things out! ​
