Want to live in house-need 2bdrms

My year old daughter and I separated from her father a couple yeasts ago. Abusive. Left with nothing to start fresh… literally nothing. Let him keep everything to get out of that awful temper-no peace ever situation. We currently live in a nice 2 bedroom on the beach- it was a struggle, however life has evened out finally for us. We are use to living in a house. The rent is ridiculous for this two bedroom, even though we are just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It’s time for me to save some money-I cannot do it like this. I’m a private chef- willing to put some chef time in -in exchange for 2 bedrooms in a nice house. I never have company. Ever. My daughter will occasionally had a girlfriend stay over. We have pets. We are obsessively clean and organized- you would never know we have pets. One lives in her room and the others live in my bedroom.
