I am looking for a female roommate similar to me. I am a -year-old Chinese woman working part-time as an accountant while still attending school. I need someone who is clean, respectful, and pays rent on time. You will need to sign a one-year lease with me, starting July 1st.

Your room must be furnished by you. You can see the room in the last picture—it will be empty. The average rent is $, including Wi-Fi, hydro, insurance, and rent.

My current roommate is leaving and taking her kitchen table, sofa, fridge, and washer/dryer. We will need to get our own.
