Live next to the beach!

Looking for a 3rd roommate to take over one of the rooms in our bathroom home. We live across the street from the beach in a really fun area of Newport, close to downtown Huntington beach and the Newport Beach peninsula. The house has a parking spot for each of us, in unit washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The room available is on the second floor and would be a shared bathroom. It's large enough to fit a queen bed+bed frame, a dresser, tv and a small desk, there's also a large closet. Mallory , she/her pronouns, works as a server and is in school for nursing, likes
to go to the beach and Pilates. We are both clean and organized and love to keep our home looking cute!
