Free parking. 3 roommates currently active on this offer, but we are looking for 2 people to room with us to cut price down to a comfortable rent. Cheap $400 monthly rent. 2 people per room(large rooms) and 1 sleeps in the living room(very spacious) Great atmosphere to go out for a jog and plus you are living with 3 awesome guys.
