Hi my name is Theresa. Im in my early 40’s looking for a roomate to fill the extra room I have. It will be Available Feb 5 2025. It comes with a private bathroom as well. The room is furnished. It has a bed, lamp and flat screen mounted on the wall. The closet is a good size too. Im looking for a responsible person to fill this room for at least the next 6 months. The rent is $1150 and the security deposit is $875. WiFi is included in the rent. The only extra is electric which runs anywhere from $100-$150 every 2 months. This room also comes with a parking spot if desired. I prefer someone who works outside the home as well. If you have any questions please feel free to ask :)
