Roommate wanted

Looking for a clean individual student or person with a full-time job preferably 420 friendly not necessary though . I have a two bedroom 2 1/2 bath condominium in North Reno/sparks located up by wild Creek golf course . The condo has two bedrooms with a private full bathroom in each bedroom. There is a one car garage which I used to park my truck in, but plenty of parking on the property and storage in the garage for excess belongings . The $600 per month includes all utilities as well as cable and Wi-Fi . I am asking for a $600 deposit which will be used as the last months rent should you decide to move out . $1200 total to move in. Here is the link with more information and details
