Description

Private rooms available for rent in a single-family house. We are renting out 2 rooms in our 4Bed/2Bath single-family home.

The location is convenient to 101, and a short drive or a long walk (10 minutes) to downtown Morgan Hill. About 2 mins walk to public transport (68 bus) and near to city hall/library, shopping centers, Fitness Gyms, coffee shops, and freeways.

One room is furnished (Rent $1,200) and other one is unfurnished (Rent $1,100) . Guest renter(s) will have access to the living room and its amenities. The guest renters assigned hallway bathroom (spacious w/ twin sink with plenty of cabinet space). The common laundry room is equipped with full-size washer and dryer (included in rent).

Expectation - You would be employed, responsible, respective and communicative.

Utility bills not included in rent.
