Hi, I have a room available minutes from Journal Square. This is long term (1 year) Rent is $ due February 1st at the latest, and it requires a deposit of $ total due 1st Feb) as well, the apartment is clean and everyone here is usually working and keeps to themselves, theres a drier and washer, along with a dishwasher, the wifi is fast. In total 5 roommates, one roommate has a private bath.
