The shared spaces consist of a living room with bay window, the galley kitchen complete with new appliances, and the laundry room with a full washer and dryer. Also, the large, 2-car garage has additional storage space for personal items.

- The lease is month-to-month (negotiable);
- Utilities are shared and billed back to the roommates the proceeding month;
- Pets allowed but must be confined to room due to potential conflicts between pets of roommates;
- No parties. Not everyone likes your music and they tend to go late, the neighborhood is quiet and respectful;
- Be mindful and respectful of roommates when bringing guests over;
- NO SMOKING inside, or in the garage;
- No non-food agriculture (e.g. no marijuana growing, etc);
- Roommates agree to share chores;
- Roommates must sign in understanding of and abide by the house rules or face eviction.
