Single Room on Ground Floor: $/month (electricity, water, and internet included. The largest elevation to enter the house is only 3 inches, and from a level front yard.

Bathroom assigned to you
Access to the kitchen, dining area and washer/dryer.
Bills for electricity, water, and internet are already covered in the rent--- flat rate: budget friendly!
On street public parking

Our family includes two indoor cats and a dog who loves the spacious backyard.

While not included in the rent, renters have the option to enjoy our hot tub (that's seen better days) for relaxation and unwinding!
