My name is David. My spouse and I Ericka, have a beautifully furnished bedroom available for rent in our 2000 sq. ft., 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house. We have a private bathroom and we also have a shared bathroom. The private bathroom is $1200 and the shared bathroom is $980.

Your room rental comes with access to all the common areas in the home; Family Room, Den & Fully Equipped Kitchen. This room is beautifully furnished with a full-sized bed, two bedside tables, a large dresser drawer, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV.

Amenities include; Fireplace, WIFI, Cable, Copy/Fax Machine and a Large Backyard.

Utilities are included with the rent; Electric, Heat, Water, Sewer and Trash.

Weekly maid service for the common areas of the home, $30 weekly, paid on a monthly time schedule of $120 a month additional.

Our home is located in Los Angeles near Inglewood, Ca. We live here in the home. Our home is perfect for single, professional women looking for a short term, quiet and well-maintained place to live. NO MEN (Sorry Fellas!), No Couples, No Children nor Pets. Adult Females between 24-50.

The Room is available for viewing. The lease is month-to-month. Must provide proof of employment, copy of ID, two weeks check stub, and $400 Security Deposit. Please contact me if you are interested.
