I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Standard New Brunswick from January to July. It’s a -bathroom unit, and by taking over the lease, you’ll have your own private room and bathroom, along with access to a shared kitchen and living room.
The unit also includes an in-unit laundry setup and offers beautiful views. Rent is approximately $ per month.
The building comes with great amenities, including a free gym, a rooftop deck lounge, and study areas. I’ve attached pictures of the unit below.
