Renting a New Bath!

Hi there! My name is Aidan and I just applied to get a new Apartment in the Lake Mary Area starting ! I am looking to furnish the living room area and build a staging area for when I buy a house next year. But I am looking for a Roommate to share some of the living costs.

The apartment is 2nd floor in the MAA Lake Mary Complex. I did a lot of research and this is a very nice community. It's low crime and very clean.
You would have your room, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Full kitchen access and community amenities!
I am open to a sublease for 6 months to the full months.

I am a Game Developer at EA. I work in the Office Tues/Wed/Thurs and at home Mon/Fri. I have one spayed 2-year-old dog. She is very sweet and she does not bark. My girlfriend will sleep over at times

I am not a partyer, but I enjoy game nights and small gatherings. Non-Smoker and pretty easy going.
