Hello! I'm looking for a subleaser for my room in a 4 bedroom/2bathroom apartment. The apartment is part of 100Midtown which is located in beautiful Midtown, only 5 minutes to walk from the Marta Station "Midtown". Georgia Tech is in walking distance and Georgia State is about 10-15 minutes away with Marta. Rent includes room, utilities, internet, a dishwasher and a laundry machine, a TV, study rooms, a gym, a coffee machine and different activities for all the residents! Parking is available and subleasing is until 07/31, but you can easily extend your stay!
