Need 3rd room filled in February for this beautiful bath house located in Mauldin. Main rooms of the house are fully furnished your bedroom would not be! Looking for a like minded young adult who prioritizes peace, safety, and cleanliness in a home. This is a % drug and smoke free space. It has a sun room, deck, fire pit, fire place, and bonus room upstairs! Would be sharing a bathroom with my current roommate. We would both love to be friends and to hangout and have movie nights and bonfires, but it is not a requirement.
