Single private bedroom, located upstairs in quiet neighborhood. Access to big half-acre backyard. Within minutes from college,
hospital, downtown. Young couple with child. We're pretty quiet for the most part.
Looking for a similar roommate. We don't have tons of rules we just clean
up after our messes is all we ask.
