I am looking for a roommate to rent a fully furnished 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom condo. The lease is month to month. Short term leases are fine, at least 6 months. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required.

About the room:

Furnished with a full-size bed with 2 nightstands with your own private bathroom. The room has 2 large closets, desk, chair and floor lamps. It has a window of the view of the swimming pool. Parking space is included, and you will have access to the buildings amenities.

A little about myself:
I am Straight male. I'm extroverted, personable, and well-cultured, and I get along well with people. I'm an ER Registered Nurse working graveyard shifts, so my schedule is a bit unconventional, and I'll need to sleep during the day.
I am looking for a responsible roommate (male or female, any age) short term leases are fine, minimal 6 months. I will ask for a recent credit report or income verification.
