Our house is a recently (7yrs) renovated three story row home that's on the wider side of typical Baltimore homes. It has an open floor plan first floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a finished basement, roof top deck, and a guest room (that is essentially a fourth bedroom without a closet). The whole house has hard wood floors, The available room is on the second floor, and shares the hall bathroom with one other room. The other roommate and the guest room are on the third floor. The house is extraordinarily conveniently located two blocks from the Square in Canton, and two blocks from the water. Canton Crossing shopping center is less than 0.5 miles away.

We should also mention, we have a 1 and a half year old cockapoo puppy, Dude, who is very friendly and is also a great roommate.
