Renting the basement

Hey everyone! My husband and I have an extra bedroom/living room in our Farmington home that we are looking to rent out! You would get the entire FINISHED basement containing a living room area, a bedroom and a 3 quarter bath.

A little bit about us: My husband and I are both named Jordyn/Jordan! Haha we have been together for 9 years and just got married a year ago. We are both big gym goers, love riding our motorcycles, taking trips to our cabin in Crosslake, and pretty much anything outdoors. I am a Diagnostic Lab Tech at the Fairview/UMMC West Bank Campus and my husband is a computer engineer for IBM in Rochester.

We have a beautiful 1 year old golden retriever named Nala and two short hair cats named Auggie (2 yr old) and Ollie (1 yr old). Nala is trained to stay on the main floor of our home, while our cats roam the first and second floor of the house but not the basement as we keep the door shut.

We live in a quiet, friendly neighborhood right on the border of Lakeville and Farmington between Cedar and Pilot Knob. We live on over a half acre corner lot that leads to a coulda sac on the side. We have a fenced in backyard with a basketball court, a deck and a patio underneath. You wouldn’t have to worry about purchasing any kitchenware as you are more than welcome to use ours. We are a clean and quiet couple who like to keep ourselves busy with grabbing dinner with friends, spending time with family or doing one of our many hobbies!
