Rent a room in my beautiful 3 bedroom apartment.
I live in the upscale, very chic, secluded Riverdale area of the Bronx.
The apartment building is surrounded by million dollar homes and gorgeous views.
The bedroom is spacious, light and airy! There are 2 bathrooms.
Your bathroom will be solely yours except for the occasional guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would ever need.
The living room is large, bright and inviting. Totally Zen. Relaxation will be yours!
The building has a 24/7 doorman. There is a big beautiful pool and gym in the building that you can get a membership to, if you wish. Everybody is very friendly, helpful and always available if needed. It’s a great place to live. I’ve been living here for over 20 years, and could not think of a better place to be. One of the main perks is how quiet the apartment is. The walls are so thick you will never hear a thing…..including my adorable little “shorkie”. He doesn’t bark and I’ve never met anyone who hasn’t fallen in love with him.
The laundry room is great. All the machines are brand new.
I have a cleaning lady that comes every Monday. She is fantastic.
The 3 means of transportation to Manhattan are so convenient:
1) a block away is the express bus to the east and west sides of Manhattan.
2) Take a very short bus ride (right at the corner) to the subway, or 3) take a beautiful stroll to the Riverdale Metro –North train stop!
