Summer Room for Rent at IU

I have a room available for the summer months. It is in a 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom located at 201 South Jefferson Street. The house includes a full kitchen, laundry area, and driveway. It is only a couple blocks away from the school, college mall, and other stores located around 3rd street. The location could not be anymore convenient! The house will be available right after the spring semester ends in Mid-May, until the start of the Fall semester, which starts in Mid August. Monthly rent is $490 plus utilities.
