I am looking to sublease my apartment. It is 850 square feet, 2 bed, 2 full bath. It is at The Colony Phase 2. My lease runs through June, so it would be the perfect lease through the Spring semester. It comes with free internet, which I already have set up. It is $850/month for rent, plus water and electric. It has a spacious kitchen (my favorite part of the apartment!) with built-in microwave and laminate "hard wood" floors except in the bedrooms. I love this apartment and the staff here, but I am hardly there anymore, since I pretty much live with my boyfriend now. Please or text (I can hardly take calls between school and work, but if you call, please leave a message). I can prorate the first month's rent as well, depending on when you want to move in. Also, it can be partially furnished for an additional small monthly fee (a bed, table, couch, etc.).
