Room for Rent: This room includes a private bathroom and laundry facilities. The only consideration we ask for is that we agree on specific laundry days to ensure we respect your space. We are very respectful, easy-going, and down-to-earth. We are looking for a mature, clean female roommate. We are not partiers, and our only request is that you maintain cleanliness and pick up after yourself. Other then that my house is your house you have full access to anything kitchen internet anything all is included we split utilities witch is usually very cheap
