Seeking Roommate near UNR / TMCC

I am a 31F seeking a responsible roommate to share home. Located in nice quiet neighborhood near North Virginia & 395. 2.7 miles from TMCC and 3.6 miles to UNR.

NO hard drugs, heavy drinking, or drama. One dog allowed on approval, must be well trained and get along with my 2 dogs. Background check, verifiable income, and references required.

The home is 4br 2.5 bath(2813sf) has cable/wifi and netflix. I would be the only other "roommate." The other guest room is also furnished I do not mind it being used occasionally. I have 2 dogs both are therapy dogs and a Siamese cat who also believes she is a dog. I have brand new front load washer/dryer in the residence. home gym, all appliances are 1yr old and work great. There is storage if needed. The yard is fully fenced.
Rent is $600/month + 1/2 utilities or $700 flat utilities included.
