There is a great patio off of the main living area and a large backyard with a swing and tranquil golf course views. The house has wood floors throughout, the hallway and bathrooms have marble tile floors. Your room option could have newly carpeted or wood floors, mirrored closet doors, wood shutters and professional interior paint. The house has washer and dryer on , plenty of parking and storage and that sort of thing. The home location is just off the 101 Freeway. It is a nice big, 4,000+ square foot beautiful, Custom Designer / Entertainers home to share with the right person(s). It is very quiet, super clean (weekly maid services), and just a great place to live.

Additional Storage available if needed (at additional cost). All utilities included and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Currently 1 professional female lives here and works full time 7-5 M-F (travels away from home about 50-75% of the time). I tend to sleep pretty early during the week when home, like 10-10:30ish. All and all this is a great space to share for the right person. I am really pretty laid back and hoping to find some female professional roommates to share this great space with :-)

I'm really sorry but no smokers are allowed. Small (under 20lbs) , well trained pets may work. :(
