Description

Fully furnished bedroom on the 3rd floor in a large shared 3 br. townhouse. The room includes a new bed, desk, chair, and lots of closet space. You share a full-piece bathroom with one other roommate on the 3rd floor.

Includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water and waste), fast internet, rental insurance, bi-monthly cleaner for the common areas, and all shared expenses (soaps - dish, dishwasher, laundry), cleaning supplies, waste bags (garbage, recycling, compost, vacuum), and paper goods (toilet, towel, tissue))

Shared home with your own space too. It works well because it’s spread out over multiple floors and we’ll often not run into each other at all (but we’re a friendly shared household when we do).

Mixed gender something professionals that are pretty quiet at home. Work pretty hard during the week (hybrid), and prefer to leave the house to let loose on the weekend. One is a hobbyist electronic musician, but that’s pretty quiet in the basement.

Cleanliness and tidiness is very important - Not leaving personal items around after you’re done using a common area, kitchen counters wiped after use and left sparkling for the next person, shared household responsibilities (recycling/compost, dishwasher unloading, dusting, sweeping, etc.)

General flavour of the house is: music over TV, occasional dinner parties, environmentally conscious, and of DIY skills are always appreciated.
