The living room is much larger than other studios.
The apartment has a full set of electrical appliances such as central air conditioning, oven, microwave oven and refrigerator. The laundry room is on the first floor.
The community environment is very safe
You can move in at anytime ideally asap. I will give away free bed frame, mattress, table, chair, vacuum, garbage can, kitchen utensils, etc.
