Near Little 5 and EAV, walk to pubs

I'm looking for a roommate for this fully furnished townhouse in East Atlanta Village. The house is in a gated community that is WALKING distance from bars/pubs like Argosy, Elder Tree, Graveyard Tavern, the Earl and Flatiron. There is also a gym and a couple of coffeeshops in walking distance. I'm looking for a professional, clean roommate that doesn't party.

A maid comes once a month, which is included in the rent, as are utilities. I am a 27yo male working on my PhD in biology, and am gone most of any given day. I have an outdoor/indoor cat; she is the bane of my existence. Somehow I still love her.

No dogs, but you can bring one cat. HOWEVER, I can't control my cat using your cat's litter box. If my cat starts using your litter box, I won't be responsible for cleaning it. You'll just have to deal with double cat poop. The maid also doesn't deal with cat poop. Alternatively, my cat can teach your cat the ways of the city, and they can prowl the streets together at night and fight crime.
