I'm relocating for a new job and looking for someone to take over my lease. Move in is anywhere between the middle of December to the middle of January. If you take over the unit in December, the month will already be paid for in full; if you take over in January, rent will be pro-rated based on move in date. The lease is in effect until mid May, at which point you will have the option of renewing.

Rent is $750 but management adds on pest control, trash pickup and allocated water/sewer, so I end up spending $790 each month.

My apartment is on a hill directly beside the Broad River, offering a wide view from the living room and kitchen, the balcony, and the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The master has a private bathroom with a garden tub, while the guestroom has a full bath with doors leading to the hall and the bedroom. Both bathrooms feature wide, sink-to-ceiling mirrors as well as medicine cabinets. The apartment is mostly carpeted with faux wood flooring in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Carpet was just installed this summer and is spotless. Since the unit is on a hill, it is only up one flight of stairs from the parking lot but is on the third floor looking out from the side with the river view.
