Hello there, I have private bedrooms available for rent. The room is unfurnished however the common areas are fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. All utilities, high-speed (unlimited, no cap) internet, trash and pest control are included in the rent in addition to household supplies (detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) that are delivered monthly via Amazon. In addition, a monthly cleaning crew leaves the house squeaky clean!

Essentially, all you need to bring are your personal bedroom belongings and your toiletries! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this time (let’s talk if it’s inside a tank).
