Looking for female roommate!

Hey there!

I'm looking for a female student/young professional to sublease my Del Coronado apartment in Central West End (lease goes though August 2016.) I recently decided to go back to school in another city, and I need someone to take my place when I leave the Lou in December. You'd be living with my current roommate. She's a 20-something Wash U med student who's busy, but very social and fun.

This apartment is seriously the best: Fully furnished,extra storage closet, workout facility, lounge, doorman. The location is awesome too: 1 block from Forest Park, 2 blocks from CWE bars & restaurants, across the street from Chase Park Cinemas, 2 blocks from the MetroLink.

Rent is $600 a month. Utilities (internet+electricity+water) are about $70 a month. Parking is available.
