I am a strong Christian woman who loves Jesus! I want to find an awesome roommate who feels comfortable being in a Christian home! I would prefer living with someone who shares my faith, but it isn't a requirement. However, moral code is... things like not bringing random men home, being honest, not stealing, mutual respect and so on. I am a 29, almost 30 year old professional who runs my own business. My life is pretty quite and calm outside of work, and I occasionally have guests, if I have the time. I am looking for a calm professional roommate to help cover this cost of this gem of an apartment. This two bedroom is set in beautiful Creve Couer and extremely and conveniently located 3 minutes from 270... It has a stunning lakeside view on the top floor, in a very quite and prestigious setting. The apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities. Gorgeous laminate flooring throughout. You will have a spacious bedroom, with a large walk in closet (lots of storage space, accompanied with a large beautiful bathroom. The washer and dryer are in unit and new. A fireplace and beautiful deck are part of the enjoyment of living here. I want to find someone who is clean and respectful, and wants their own space and respects mine. This is a fabulous place to live and I do not want to move! You hardly ever hear neighbors, and the staff here are amazing... It is just expensive to enjoy this awesome space. With that said, the apartment is fully furnished. Of course the bed and other furniture can be moved out if need be. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
