Rent would include $475 for room plus 1/6th of the utilities (which is normally no more than $50). Three bathrooms total; One located in the master bedroom(for those roommates renting the master bedroom), two other full bathrooms to share with 4 roommates. No animals aloud. The main parts of the house are already furnished would just have to organize your own room. Painting aloud in room. Security deposit of $200 including first months rent due at signing.
