What's going on beautiful people? It's no secret, renting and rooming in NYC can cause you to grow grey hairs just as quick as the presidency. I have a nice 3 bedroom Brownstone I call home and I'm looking for cool, responsible, financially stable & open minded roommate (male or female) to add to the ambiance of it all (long term inquiries only).

The apartment is located in the heart of Stuyvesant Heights off the Utica Ave. stop on the A/C train - it takes about 20 minutes to get to Fulton Street station in Manhattan!
-B26, B46, B52 buses are less than 3 blocks away
-Restaurants, Cafes, Lounges, Grocery stores (Organic stores as well), laundromats, cleaners, etc. around

The Apartment:
The pad is fully furnished with a sectional couch, 50 inch Smart TV, Island table with 3 bar stools. Its also very spacious and bright - I host an annual holiday party with friends every year.

It's a 3 bedroom brownstone (the roommate will have the option to occupy the 2 remaining rooms) and it comes equipped with one bathroom (shower and tub)
